Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) is embarking on a digitalisation journey (Digital ST) that will pave the way for the development of an integrated system to increase compliance whilst ensuring the integrity and availability of ST’s data.
Digital ST aims to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of ST’s service offerings to its stakeholders through enhanced active value creation via digital platform.
Starting from 1 October 2021 to June 2023, ST will be implementing a series of digital transformation activities such as Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Business Process Improvement (BPI), and Digital Transformation Plan before developing a new interactive and fully featured system for ST’s stakeholders.
To ensure transformational change, Digital ST aims to implement 5 Core Deliverables that will uplift ST as a world class regulator by 2030.
The 5 Core Deliverables are:
Critical in ensuring the security and integrity of ST’s systems while at the same time making compliance smart, easy and painless.
